JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Software Development Manager who is going to lead the design and development of complex solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
  • The candidate would lead development of features and capabilities with the highest level of quality, reliability, efficiency and scalability
  • The candidate would work in a well-established SaaS product development environment and collaborate closely with other stakeholders such as Product Managers, Solution Architects, engineering teams involving developers and QA experts.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
  • Our ideal candidate must have superior project management skills, hands-on with technical details, and driven by results
  • Experience managing teams of at least 10 engineers.
  • 2+ years of experience with performance reviews and feedback is expected.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • Java, Struts, Hibernate, spring, MySQL, ExtJS, Elastic Search, AWS Infra
  • Technical deep-dive on Java/Others and related stacks, tools, OOPs, Unit testing, Design & Architecture, Micro-services, APIs, Multi-threading, Data Structure etc. as applicable, Jira, Agile, Scrum, Production/client issues, Dev processes, Project & Program management, Database, design, query, ORM (Hibernate etc.), JS and related framework, UI as applicable for Full stack people as applicable, Build & deployment, AWS/Cloud, performance, monitoring, logging etc.
